Cindy, Aleisha, and i went sledding yesterday. We went to the little buttes, and cindy ran right into a tree. She bruised her knees. Then, The day before, Aleisha went snowboarding and fell on her butt and hurt it pretty bad. Then a few minutes later, i came down the steep spot, and i was doing really good. Then i hit this dip, and i felt my back crunch. I think it might've Compressed it. But now i got it to pop earlier, but now my muscles are really sore.

Well i better go, parents are gettin' grouchy...
